I’m the one who discovered it and notified them. See my post#'s 26 & 28. As I predicted, they had been unaware they didn’t exist for more than two years. They thanked me. The issue and how they could reinstate themselves in Illinois was exactly as I stated in post #26.
I’m the one who discovered they were dissolved, I’m the one who could have registered their name and dissolved their trademarks and didn’t, I’m the one who started this thread, I’m the one who suggested in the thread itself that someone let them know, I’m the one who let them know, and I’m the one who informed them IL has no deadline to reinstate a corporation. They sounded grateful and acted immediately, but give Lori or Perry a call yourself if you like.
Or are you saying I should apologize for posting this thread publicly and making them aware that they didn’t exist. That was suggested by James Levy in post #27, but I think he was kidding. If that is what you mean, I refer you to my reply in post #28.
I was half kidding. Only because I knew you would walk back your original and subsequent posts claiming they were frauds. You will no doubt walk back the ASHI post you made a few posts ago.

A$HI individual member benefits can best be received in its local chapters, unfortunately to participate locally you must be a national member which has limited value. In Florida I’d first choose NACHI and then FABI over A$HI.
Joe, that is true. As a former ASHI chapter president, I can tell you that our chapter lost several prospective members due to ASHI’s policy of requiring National membership before participating at the local level. In addition, ASHI’s lack of support at the state level during the licensing fiasco here was the final straw for me. ASHI and licensing effectively killed the FL- ASHI chapter.
