I have been officially approved as an Approved Home Inspection Instructor

Thats to everyone who made this possible
NACHI members still get the same substabtial discount that I discussed with Nick months ago. Unlike other schools offering products for 3-4000, Modules 1,2, 3 and 4 are $ 1000 complete- all books included

Nick- I promised a substantial savings to ANACHI members who neede the course, and I delivered

Finally approved- over 150 pages of documents going back and forth and 200 plus questions in the data bank-


The state is very thorough, and made sure that each course met the quality require by NY State. Approval complete-

Thanks for everyone's help!

I was even happier that I received my teaching approval the same day as my school approvals!
