Just let the buyer know want it is, and how long you think it will last
I think Jim summized it pretty good. 
Maybe the builder should get some more training before attempting to build anymore. 
Probably had some extra scraps laying around the jobsite and figured he should use them up lol

Is it OSB or fiberboard siding. Either way it is just wrong. But i have seen trim that way on most of the manufactured homes.
