Seems like you are not the only one having questions/trouble getting the 100 ride-alongs in PA. I still think 100 is ridiculous.

Home Inspection License in PA

I am certified Home Inspector in Maryland and i am want to become also in PA. Though looks like the requirements are different and as i read , there is no need for Home Inspection exams. Though, I woudl grateful appreciate, if anybody knows and can help me on this subject, what does a certified inspector (MD) needs more in order to get a licensed Home inspector in PA?
