In August of '93 I received a "free" membership to NACHI from you. Being a little naive I accepted and never really gave it a second thought. Looking back now and digging a little deeper into NACHI I can't believe that I was ever allowed membership. As for the above requirements:
1. Passed long ago.
2. Never even heard of it, let along have I taken it.
3. Never taken it.
4. May have done it, can't remember.
5. Never did it.
6. Never did it.
7. Never knew NACH required continuing education.

As you can see, I have completed two of the fourteen requirements. Not only was I granted a membership, I didn't have to pay for it, and here it is a year and a half later and I am still listed on NACHI's web site.
While NACHI may be a very good marketing organization, it is horrible in the ethics department. At one time I was a member of NACHI and I have in the past stood up for NACHI. Knowing what I know now there is no way I can continue to support this organization. I am requesting that all references to Matt Bradfeldt and Premier Inspectors of America, Inc. be removed from not only your web site, but your records as well. This should not be difficult to do as you can see from the above I never did complete the requirements for initial membership.
On a further note, if you do not remove my information it will further show the decline of ethics on your part. After all, why would you keep a member that never fulfilled the membership requirements?

Did anyone notice that Matt’s post reflects that he is NOT a member of NACHI. How can he give up something he never had? Some of these A$HI guys are really sharp. How did Matt slip in?

Lets see now you said you received a free membership in Aug of 93. I guess your number is number one .By looking at your posting you must have been about seven then . That should make you still about number one in age for precipitating home inspectors ( The youngest then and now)
Looking back you can not see why you got a membership ( I guess because there where no other NACHI members then )
If you are having trouble with your movements , I might be able to help . Would you like me to send you some EXLAX ,works wonders for some people.
If you wish to get in touch with NACHI send them a letter they do not always get a chance to read all the post's that are made .
Just my opinion Roy Cooke sr

I agree, till I seen his name on the thread, I never heard of him.
Taking into consideration that our SOP's and COE's, along with a great many other things at NACHI have changed so much over the last few years, it would be nearly impossible to determine exactly what the requirements were at the time of his membership.
Maybe he just has the same thing that I have, Short Term Memory Loss, because I can't remember doing many of the same things.

At the time of this original Posting, Mr. Bradfeldt was a Member of NACHI. I believe the year of initial Membership was 2003 and not 1993 as was posted.
He was listed on the Find-An-Inspector Website.
He was removed as he had requested.
After removal, his posting remained but the Member status changed to Non-Member.
