In my never to be humble opinion, this type of repair doesn’t need further evaluation, it simply needs to be properly repaired. I would probably write something to the effect of:
Amateur plumbing repair attempts were found at drain lines below the kitchen sink. Proper repair by a qualified licensed plumbing contractor is advised.
I only recommend further evaluation then repair on items which can have many different things wrong possibly without one single solution, like the HVAC, inside of the service panel, etc.

The attemp has been made to repair plumbing drainage problems, however due the overall process does not appear to be adequate. Contact a licensed professional plumber for further evaluation and proper repairs.

Blaine - So you are familiar with the reporting method…(Standard paragraphs). After your 7 years you decided to have a change in location and start on your own…“Very wise decision”. I have only been doing this for 30 months now…It is very difficult to get many others involved on the HMteam intranet site.
BIG race this weekend in Talladega I expect to see big changes in the race for the cup..."should be exciting." with those changes would like to see T. Stewart bounce back into it.
