Has anyone out there taken the knowledge test? Is it multiple choice? Does the study guide the FAA provides (which I believe InterNACHI’s course is a mirror of) all you really need to prepare for it?

It is multiple choice. Nice thing is there are only 3 available answers to choose from. Get comfortable with Lat/Long and how to use navigational charts to pass the test. A few questions on meteorology as well. You can find all the information you need to successfully pass the test from the FAA website and youtube. Good Luck!
