This is the Inspection Ethics (lol, like there is such a thing) forum, I don’t go to the NFE. These items I talk about were NOT in the NFE forum. Although there should be warning on all parts of this forum.

Realtors do read these other forums as well. I am a Realtor, wife is a Realtor, (both of us past association presidents), she thinks this org is non professional at best and expresses that whenever asked by other Realtors (but it never really comes up, Nachi is what?). Me? I just keep the small logo on website and marketing materials as “required”. If not required, I would remove all Nachi info from all materials.

Linas Dapkus,** I was not run off, nor was I ever kicked out of this “professional” org **like you were (that says a lot right there to get kicked out of this org). I just choose to stay away most of the time. Been to busy.
If it weren’t for the information and education, I wouldn’t ever come back or rejoin. Eventually, the CEU’s will drop in price/become more available and the need to come here will vanish. have a good day.
