Maybe it is Nicks fault for making people feel so intimate in the organization, that people feel it is specifically there for their needs and their needs only. I guess that is the downside of being personally involved with the members. They feel that INACHI is specifically there for them.
Name another organization of 12000 plus members (I don’t actually have the number) where the founder and the CEO interact with the members on a daily basis. Maybe that is a bad thing. Instead of asking for input ALL other organizations just DO IT…
Who knows? I guess people lose sight that it is a business and think of it more as a club. I know one organization that thought it was a good ole boys club, it is going down the tubes super fast…so we know that model doesn’t work.
O well, it will be what it will be and it will eventually play out and then hind site will be 20/20.
