young couple just bought this joint, see the white plastic or whatever the cheap crap is attached to the lower part of block walls, except corner it’s up a bit higher = an interior basement drainage system, cost big $
now outside doing a water test, first starting at ground level, ground level DOWN… if water enters, which it did within about 10 minutes then there IS a crack etc on the exterior of the wall and needs to be correctly waterproofed in that area to stop the water, mold, efflorescence… dig?
