JMO, but I’m a iPhone and iPad user and prefer Tap Inspect. But really depends on your own likes on phones and choice of the best software others may recommend.
I’m with Tom. iPhone and Tap Inspect.
I’m using a new iphone with Spectora. The camera on that phone takes excellent photos.
I use Samsung S10 with HomeGauge, great phone and I’ve used HomeGauge for over 10 years! My clients love my reports.
I use an old iPhone 5s for pictures, although I have my newer one with me as well. Takes good pictures and don’t have to worry about damaging it. The pictures transfer right over to my iPad even though there’s no SIM card in it. I do my reports using Inspector Nexus on my iPad.
I’m with you David. Jeff Pope implemented a great software with InspectorNexus, IMHO.
Not to say that some others mention are not good to work with. But for doing mobile, on site, or other reports InspectorNexus would be my choice if I were working now, I do believe.
Thanks. Makes sense!
iPhone 11 and TAP Inspect. No complaints
Thanks Brian, seems to be the consensus.
I use a LG flip phone to take inspection calls and a canon 20x zoom power shot for pics with HomeGauge since 2005. Works great
Still using the SX610HS?
Samsung note 10 +, and I run 3D Inspect.
Thanks for the input.
I don’t do onsite reporting. However, I use a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. Great phone, 108mp, 100x zoom.
Pricing seems great for new inspectors as well as experienced, unfortunately not an apple person, is there any product on the market like this for android folks?
Jim I have no idea. I prefer Apple products and focus on their software. Maybe someone will come along and answer your question.
Jim, have you checked out Home Inspector Pro? It works with Android and Apple.
Yep, checked out all on store page, but none with the pricing package like TAP Inspect. Theirs allows a new inspector to eaisly grow, nothing else really does the pricing like them.
I agree Jim. I just build $10 into every inspection. $5 for TI and $5 for the buyback guarantee.
