Just fun stuff I find along the way. Maybe it will be helpful to someone.
In this situation, pavers were added above the sill plate and door threshold. I observed the floor to be soft inside the doorway. In the crawlspace, as you can see; the seller had applied SPF insulation all along the foundation wall and rim joist under this area. I was unable to access this area directly, so I zoomed in and caught this possible moisture stain. The old metal plenum was also rusted which may or may not have been caused by moisture intrusion. Nice try seller. Watch out for hardscapes built up too high.
