Almost every new construction i inspect has one of these boxes in various areas. Can someone tell me ehat these are please. My guess is door bell transformer?
Looks like a door bell ringer. The transformer is likely somewhere else.

Testing the doorbell button outside would have helped.

Then I think he/she would have communication problems among others with the clients.

The door bell is part of my routine, i just never realized where the ring is coming from
