First picture (sorry on quality) seems like some sort of phone object. Could not verify source and destination.

Second and third pictures are related. The “bell” is connected to the doorbell transformer. I am guessing its just a remote doorbell (in basement). It did not work when checking doorbell.

The first image is a telephone junction box …ie…protector. It is fused.

Saw something similar a while ago hooked to a sump pump alarm
