Here is one from today. It didnt start raining until half way thru. The walls were actually dry but they never installed or sealed the windows properly. Once it started raining the water came pouring in. 
A new deck was built, and I only have 1 question. What do they expect the power co or Electrician to do when they need to get into the meter…:shock:

Well, looks like someone opened it already and by-passed the meter and hung the seal on the TV cable. It is in an unlock position. :mrgreen:;)
Real Estate listing said attic had new insulation in 2010.
Looks new to me.

This was today…deck off the master bedroom. Not enough room for posts…so just set the edge on the garage roof…
I could have gotten really hurt, writing up the defects that is, bad hand cramp…:ack:
foundation, structue, missing stairs is the least of the worries at this point…

Sorry for the out-of-focus pic, but the wall board was actually installed about 5 inches OFF the studs in the dining room…somehow. :roll:
Also, wish I would have gotten a pic of it (I meant to and forgot), but I did a log home a few weeks ago where the garage door opened directly into the basement with an open staircase to the 1st floor. Yep, the basement WAS the garage too! :shock:

I had to run the Poll due to too many pictures allow by the system.
A couple will be forwarded to next month and a few pictures had to be deleted from the one posting multiple pictures of the same defect.
