Couldn’t agree more. Looking back on my first inspections, dealing with the software and the inspection was overwhelming. For most of those first ones, I usually ditched the software early and resorted to just taking pictures and notes and putting everything together back at the office.
The inspection comes first every time. Don’t let your inspection suffer because you are struggling with the software. Take your time and work up slowly to full utilization of the software.
This is another reason I have said before, don’t be in too much of a hurry to be super-busy out of the gate. Get your shit together 100% before you even market to an agent.
