Suspect (Unprofessional?) floor framing support? I feel the girder ends resting on the stacked rows of bricks could potentially trouble. Opinions?
Beam pocket is better, but brick is fine. Brick column base is bearing on a footing - good. Looks like a wood beam that has direct contact with masonry, likely a minor issue if the crawl space and wall are dry. A piece of treated lumber between the column and wood beam is preferable. Looks professional from my computer.
I agree with @msenty
Other issues in the crawl are apparent but the columns look good.
