That is not a Factory issue but was the installers. Others issues exist as well.

No place I have heard of requires anit oxi paste on stranded conductors.
Anit oxi paste was designed for aluminum conductors and is pretty much voluntary even with aluminum.

I just had a whole house rewire/service change and they required it (City of Cols) I will look it up 4 ya… Two years ago they ended the ground wire requirement from inline water service…its back now. We need a US Standard everyone follows…We must have a woman running these changes…
