I have lots of inside info, but it ain’t on CAHPI/NCA! 
Thats standard operating procedure for OAHI. They can’t even honour their contractual obligations with their members. I guess they didn’t bother to read Queen vs. Cognos.

You have to admit that the remark if aimed at the O.A.H.I. membership would have the desired effect to encourage them to encourage the B.O.D. to pay up.

Just well read when it comes to law. Its paid off, knowledge is power! Even my legal contacts have been impressed. 
Fortunately for the Canadian Home Inspectors Raymond has been a great help to many and will continue in the future.
Just think what it could be like if we did not have people like Raymond helping so many.
Many OAHI directors and members come to the NACHI site to find out all the new things happening in this Industry.
I am on lunch from a 16 hour IR course.
Again NACHI and the NACHI members have just shown how super this system of talking a training course is.
No hotel rooms No traveling.
