and so it rained here, alot lol, and while showing the house bingo, water in basement, they told me one area… one rod hole, okay fine. My baldy az gets there and i take a quick look around and see 2 cracks, one close to leaky rod hole, hmmm, gee nobody said anything about the cracks lol the usual… they’ll get the cheap stuff fixed and SHhhhhhshhhh don’t say anything about the cracks
what? be grateful for $40 rod hole job? lolllll sht, what about the BUYERS
