I dunno…wheres the grounding conductor for that 240 circuit on the lower left? and whats with that ball of tape on the armored cable?? Plus it looks like somethings been livin in there.

Oh now I see the 240 wires just make a turn there… I thought they exited thru a snap in bushing but then I realized whoever does work like that wouldnt know about snap in bushings…Hey is that 240 breaker catching both stabs???

Everything is catching and there’s plenty of living things in this 120 year old basement. There are a few places where old wire was spliced to reach in the new box. I guess pigtails should be OK in there but these connections seem to be only wrapped with electrical tape. Definitely need to be checked out (and cleaned out).
