Just curious to see if there is anyone that has come across anything changing with Wind Mitigations. Just had a client cancel this evening stating “my agent called back and said things changed, VERY recently, and I don’t need to have the inspection”…“I won’t tell anyone about the new rule change :-)”
I asked them what this new rule change their agent mentioned but no response as of yet so figured I would reach out here to see what they may be talking about? Also realizing this could be just specific to this individual but also knowing there are several things changing with Florida’s homeowners insurance with how much of a mess its been.
