Accepting Nominations for Best Defect Pictures for January 2013

Thanks Kevin.

This is the property / Home of a Builder in Delaware / Chester County, PA …
This is one of 2 homes inspected…
2 single family homes on 12 acres…

The Buyer is also a Builder / Developer…
These sampled defects gives you the impression of the overall existing build…

I think his Brother lives in Canada and I met him once .
Dad trained them both well .
Thanks for the reminder .

Only if Italian…
Lions at the Driveway
would suggest not French Canadian…

And he had the audacity to call himself a builder?;)

Thanks Joe.

We need more pics!!

You got new ones for this year Martin?

Marcel,
The one home was constructed of left over building materials.
The three car garage consisted of Manufactured Truss frame for 1 bay, …
Modified truss for 2ND bay,
and stick framed for the third bay…
There were also 2 bays Innaccessible…due to lock out…

Yep, the pictures gave me a clue. LOL:)

LOL

It leaked so I used teflon…

Deja Vue on this one, but thanks Marcel.
It’s a good one.

This tpr is 20 " above the tank

Great love these pictures … Roy

Half Burned and Half Re-Wired

How about a 53 year old gas furnace and still kicking; now that should bring up memories with some you’s…

Good one, now the other half is doomed…

Good thing he wore a size 40 pant…the 36 would have been too short!

There’s a cold draft coming from the ash pit? No problem, stuff it with your unmentionables.

I struggled for an hour trying to think of a way to include “flaming underwear” in a professional home inspection report.
