Do You Check for Recalls of Furnaces or Water Heaters?

Not my concern.

This is about you and your marketing tactics.

I will not be drawn into your attempt to deflect and divert.

So we’re allowed to make fake yelp profiles about each other but Nathan saying he knows the best inspectors is out of the question

So I played around with the WeMakeItSafer site. Even if it finds all the same recalls it would require my clients to spend at least 20 minutes if not more to search the 9 - 12 appliances that are on my average RecallChek call report.

If you think providing recall information is good for clients then there seems to be different ways to do it I guess. Personally I think an easy to read report is the way to go. I would not subject my clients to that site. It definitely is not the KISS way.

RecallChek may not be the only way, but it is evident it is a better way.

You have my permission.

I saw somewhere it says the “Best of the Best”, I think on Nathans site. Does anyone have a problem with that? I can’t believe you would.

Just asking, can a vendor make a point and advertise they are the “Best of the Best” without an uproar or not?

I think the REAL problem is that he gives them a way to find us

What do you not understand about a newbie inspector being presented as “best” in his marketing?

I am the best

You can’t be but delusion let’s you think so.

Even if you were, you still pretend not to get it.

ROFLMAO. I can’t be? For starters, I am not a bare minimum home inspector

I bet Schick wishes they would have thought of “The BEST a man can get”

Keep trying Juan or should I just call you newbie?

ROFLMAO. Call me what ever you want. Still doesn’t change the fact that I do a more thorough inspection and create a better report than you.

You don’t know that newbie.

You’re more than little full of yourself.

I could be just like you-The same as everyone else…

I have no problem with newbies and help them as much as anyone.

Someday you may be able to as well;-)

So you aren’t the best Mike? Is it because you fall under the category of a bare minimum home inspector?

I’m damn good. My customers love me:D

How much did you pay for your “best” badge?

Underestimating your clients intelligence can
be far more damaging than having a vendor tout
your services as superior simply because you
purchased a product from him.
