The licensing obstacle isn’t really that big of a concern to me anyway as I’m going to be swamped with my other business this spring/summer/fall. Just signed a new builder today. 
To each their own,but I feel I get more than my monies worth.
Chicago Chapter had a great meeting last night.
$800 is cheap compared to the last number I heard for a licensing fee that was being proposed for Missouri ($1400.00). I imagine it will be bigger now that there are less inspectors than there was before. Sad but true.

In regards to reputation, what does a gray box with no comment mean?
someone with few posts or little reputation gave you a square. doesn’t matter if it is green or red, a gray box does not add or subtract any reputation points.
So they were trying to give a red or green with a comment but it doesn’t show until they have more posts?
I don’t think it will ever show. If they attempted comments, those should have shown up. They just gave a green or red.
