So I have no idea what this all means but it sounds as though it is forward progress! I am sure we will have more details on Friday, I just hope that there will be a benefit for not contractor home inspectors.
As long as you are a home inspector willing to work for peanuts, no problem.
Will they be chocolate covered peanuts?
That answers the logo question. Please answer the remaining questions.
Is this an inspection management company, and if so, does one need to pay to play? Further, how does one who has joined be guaranteed inspections. How does the process work?
Is this simply a marketing cooperative, or is there more?
When you say “approved project”, what does this mean, Who thought up this project, and what is its charter and authority?
Have you studied the “Law of Attraction”?
This is an inspection managment management company. The details are work in progress. The hope is; that ALL Nachi members will be able to do citizens re-inspections if they like and/or become a “preferred inspector” so they are not re-inspected.
This is being put together by several people include Nick and Nachi. Dennis Bonner was and is the lead on it.
Hope that helps
On the contrary my friend I know way more about this than you think! The reason is that it is beneficial, produces income, has high standards and is going to be a monitored professional organization is because NICK had nothing to do with its inception. Yes, he had to come in later and make some things happen. Hope it passes the legal portion of his not for profit organization. But Nick will do as he pleases even if Joe Farsetta says its not legal… he has done it in the past and will do it again. Just one day I hope he does not lose that tax exeption…I have been reading alot about 501(c)6 and it is very specific in what one can do and one can’t do.
Okay…Mike Rowan peels off his $50, first. This leaves $100 that would go to someone who is NOT under NACHI Management. How much will actually go to the contractor after the second slice of the pie is eaten?
James, I think your going to be very surprised. John and Dennis are stand up guys and I really do think they are out for the inspector and not themselves. I do think they want to be a part of something better. Man, you know me. I am the conspiracy theory GURU. I do think they really are going to to it right as long as Nick stays out the picture or an 8 year old with be “certified” to do them. Make that a 8 year old with $289.
It it bears NACHI’s name…Nick is involved, 100%. You can bank on that.
How much of the remaining two-thirds of the inspection fee will go to the contractor?
You can then scroll down to the amendment of 9/15/2010 and see for yourself, check out page 2 of the PDF file.
This is a FOR profit organization. Mr. Bonner can do as he wishes. Its his personal choice in the matter. What the heck is a CBO? Having a for profit organization and being the KING of NACHI does place a big target on your back. But once again…this is a for profit organization. Do as you please.
The fees and and who gets paid and what portion of the fee they get, were all determined solely by Citizens, not me, not InterNACHI, not Michael Rowan.
Citizens is going to a preferred inspector list system through this for-profit management company.
NACHI Management is a total separate entity from InterNachi. I cannot open the amendment that you quoted. But I can tell you it has nothing to do with NACHI Management.
We will release answers to all of your questions in the next several weeks to come.

Thanks. It helps to know what your looking at!
However,
it doesn’t change the facts that:
Nachi Management, Inc. is something completely different than InterNachi Management Group, Inc.
