Don’t take it personally… NACHI has a history of being a disruptor to any outside organization hell bent on hijacking our profession by milking home inspector’s clients. Many members refuse to disclose their clients contact information for any reason and this will NEVER change. Most of us ‘resistors’ don’t hate Thornbury any more than we would any other vendor hustling for leads and profits they are unentitled to.
He already said that he donated to YOUR charity. This does not match your narrative so like normal, you choose to ignore it.

Literally nothing in this post from those who choose to dump on RWS makes me even one little bit less likely to use any product that Nathan and RWS produce. Top of the line service, huge benefits to all my clients and never a concern that their data will ever be sold down the river to a 3rd party. Sorry for not posting on the board for so long, but when I have a supporting comment for RWS, I make sure and say it. I dont come on here often due to the trolls and know it alls without a clue. That being said NXT is great software and have been using it for over 2 years. It has automated parts of my business giving me more time and the customer service is outstanding. I cant say that about the competition we tolerated them for less then a week before making a switch to NXT and ISG. If you havent tried the software go for it what have you got to loose.
For you trolls that are about to start no I dont come on here I am to busy inspecting and making money to put up with you. But I do have some thoughts as to what the problem you have with anything that goes against what you feel is right. Take your pick from the list below.
- You were toilet trained at gun point.
- You were not hugged enough as a child or maybe too much by the parish priest
- My actually working theory your butt hurt and jealous of the inspectors and vendors who have jumped in and found ways to make money with programs that go above and beyond because you dont truly understand anything above your low level.
