See Michael that where you are always WRONG. It matters not what I think about myself in business. I let my clients PROVE my professional worth. Its not ME who decides my companies progress, growth and path, its my CLIENTS decision. But people can listen to you about professional growth or that tool Bushart who brage about taking all day to do an inspection. But then they can look and see that you two most likely average an inspection a DAY put together. So in YOUR mind you guys are great, in the clients mind you are not worth your price or else you woul;d be booked solid. So I guess, in your minds you both are great, in the clients minds you suck. How is that for rights of passage.
So, if you want to compare business I will not even compare sheer numbers, but will compare PRICE per inspection and want to see who the client feels is worth the money.
Is that braggin and feeling arrogant? Nope its just plain facts you guys bully the new inspectors with your better than thou attitude. Can I chage it? Who knows, but I do know I can sure as hell try.
So Michael in short do I feel like I am better than you? YEP…and my income, cost per inspection and growth rate PROVE it…

Yes… the boxes were fun, but the cowardly sniveling messages left with them were too?!? I got some o’ those 
Russell makes some good points… there are many that used to post here and the constant berrage / responses from the same folks in the same way and the same topics perverbially shoo’ed them off… is it a shame? Sure it is, and I applaud Russ for making light of it.
Having said that I’m really not sure the culprits know what they do… or maybe they do, who knows. I’ve seen “light” made at some of the culprits and they (the recipients) don’t seem to have any idea one way or the other.
Hopefully, shoes will be filled with different folks, and maybe some of the old ones too and information will be passed around for the benefit of all.

I stand behind each stone. If your talking Zoe and Nick and the sham to get a Florida license. I still stand and will always stand behind these statements.
Nick has stated how much money it has saved the people, never once did he mention quality or the damage he unleashes onto the public.
If your talking about AAA schools, yep stand behind those as well. - They still suck and were producing inspectors with 14 hours of education and were bragging about it.
If your talking about Csey and O’malley - yepper think taking care oif your own should be a #1 priority.
Ego? Nope facts my friend…I have admitted numerous times being wrong. YOU on the other hand NEVER admit being wrong. But thats OK. You can look at my success as EGO, how else can a loser see it? He would then have to admit I am doing what people want and they are not. God forbid his ego allow that.
Funny how 18 hours a day working at my trade equals a big ego. I call it confidence and always working to increase the quality of my product. I know you can’t understand these things and see them as Ego issues. How else can a guy who thinks hes the best get his *** whooped by a guy like me? Is that ego…I call it facts.

IMO, Chris or someone with those same privileges should monitor & move these types of discussions to a members only area.
