He grabbed too much you know what and had to jump ship But did you see who took over? 10x worse! Getting more weird with each passing year.
Then explain why when most were wearing masks or social distancing, the infection rate went significantly down. Those same measures are why there was hardly any flu this year.
Those measures as well as vaccines are tools. The reasons the guidelines changed with regards to mask wearing after being vaccinated, is because of the new variant…and the one right around the corner.
You clearly have no understanding of how the vaccine works or what its purpose is.
Since you have your own theory, see how it works in the ICU when you get sick…if you get a bed.
And one other thing of note, children are getting sicker. I performed an inspection yesterday and my client is a nurse in the pediatric wing of Broward General. Their ICU is full of kids under 10…
There were 60 kids and 10 staff in Port St. Lucie schools that tested positive…that is day 1 of school.
I do not wish death on anyone…however…if you don’t wear a mask, don’t want to get vaccinated, when you get sick and show up at the ER…sorry…To quote Captain Kirk “Let them Die”.
I’m all for social distancing. LOL If I can hit you with a rock you’re too close!
It’s funny how the non-believers in masks and social distancing and vaccines become believers once they find themselves in the ICU.
Go ahead, don’t wear your mask inside in low-vaccinated areas, there are too many people in this world anyway. You won’t be missed.
It doesn’t! The areas with the strictest mandates are the ones with the worst cases! Explain how Hawaii completely shut down to the outside world, demanded mandates, and still had outbreaks!
It doesn’t take much brain power to see the logic in the mask actually helping to spread the virus, not stop it…
EVERYONE knows that the mask does not protect the user. It is to protect others… but if the mask becomes a literal infected rag, waiting to be touched and transferred all over the buggies, the shelves, the bread bags, how is that protecting others either??
Really?
Masks protect everyone who is wearing one. If you can’t figure out that, good luck.
My wife works at an assisted living facility. For the last 18 months or so however long it’s been, we have had to deal with this nonsense every single day of Our Lives. A significant number of her residents died from covid. Several staff members have died. Members of the families of the residents have died.
I guess when you’re on the front lines of everything and you see the ridiculous statements being made by some, you tend to get a little pissed off now and then.
Good luck to you…
Everyone is wearing a mask so there should be no deaths. Masks are like vaccines they are 100% right?
So why is the staff not wearing their masks and why are the residents and their family members not wearing their masks. Masks are like vaccines they are 100% right.
Even if the people around you aren’t wearing masks your masks are 100% Right? Paying attention?
You are aware how this disease is transmitted, right?
There are not enough people to police everyone. Some think they can do whatever they like. As a result, infections were brought in from outside. Then, residents get infected.
Some staff members were of the opinion this is nothing worse than a cold. Outside of work, they got sick…some died.
Then, the CDC really f**ked up by saying it was ok for vaccinated people to go out without a mask, not realizing just how stupid a significant portion of the population is, and created a mixing ground where the infected mask-less people were mixed with the vaccinated people. Now we have breakthrough infections.
And as it is clear you have no idea what the purpose of the vaccine is, it is to keep you from dying. It does not prevent you from contracting the virus.
One of her residents had to go to the hospital yesterday due to symptoms and a positive covid test. Thanks to the botched response of our governor, she is being treated in the emergency room, because there are no beds available. That scenario is playing out across the country. Wait until 2 weeks after labor day… it is about to get a lot worse…
It’s no secret that the elderly are the most vulnerable, (unless your name is Cuomo, he apparently never got the memo, and slaughtered tens of thousands in nursing homes)
and its no secret that masks do not protect the user. They’ve been saying that from the beginning! Even the almighty fauci himself said they do no good for the user… again, he even said a year and a half ago that we shouldn’t wear masks, unless they are N95. A cloth, dust or even carbon filter only filter 0%- 5% of viruses… while a n95 filters 95%.
A virus is thousands times smaller than a droplet. Again, picture a screen holding back water… that’s a virus compared to interlocked fabric.
Any of you MDs?
Edit you guys are experts at nothing. You are not a plumber, roofer, electrician or anything. Now you want to be a doctor. It is hilariously disturbing.
Source of misinformation? A discussion of Covid does not imply a medical degree. This isn’t Facebook or Twitter do we still have our freedom of speech. In fact every expert on Covid has no idea about this disease.
Nope, I just believe in common sense, doing your own research instead of believing the communist controlled mainstream media, and actually paying attention to the “science” that so many are claiming is truth…(Which changes day to day, based on their agenda)
I bet you haven’t even heard about the thousands that have died from the vaccine, (within 24-48 hours), the teenagers that will now have complications for the rest of their lives, the thousands of women that have miscarried their babies after getting the vaccine, the fact that vaccinated people are actually spreading the virus… don’t think the media controls what you hear??
Time to think for yourself
Martin I’ll take your advice on plumbing but never medical.
I’m good with that Walter. Read my post today carefully I have not given out any advice.
My wife had severe side effects from the vaccine. She’ll tell you it’s better than the side effects from the virus. I know a lot of people that didn’t get the vaccine. Most of them never had been so sick in their lives and regretted not taking the vaccine. Don’t politicize it.
Google “Dick Farrell radio show host” .
LOL You can’t be too careful!

The science around the use of masks by the public to impede COVID-19 transmission is advancing rapidly.
In this narrative review, we develop an analytical framework to examine mask usage, synthesizing the
relevant literature to inform multiple areas: population impact, transmission characteristics, source control,
wearer protection, sociological considerations, and implementation considerations. A primary route of
transmission of COVID-19 is via respiratory particles, and it is known to be transmissible from presymptomatic, paucisymptomatic, and asymptomatic individuals. Reducing disease spread requires two things:
limiting contacts of infected individuals via physical distancing and other measures and reducing the
transmission probability per contact. The preponderance of evidence indicates that mask wearing reduces
transmissibility per contact by reducing transmission of infected respiratory particles in both laboratory
and clinical contexts. Public mask wearing is most effective at reducing spread of the virus when
compliance is high. Given the current shortages of medical masks, we recommend the adoption of public
cloth mask wearing, as an effective form of source control, in conjunction with existing hygiene, distancing,
and contact tracing strategies. Because many respiratory particles become smaller due to evaporation, we
recommend increasing focus on a previously overlooked aspect of mask usage: mask wearing by infectious
people (“source control”) with benefits at the population level, rather than only mask wearing by susceptible people, such as health care workers, with focus on individual outcomes. We recommend that public
officials and governments strongly encourage the use of widespread face masks in public, including the
use of appropriate regulation.
