AAA Construction school offers grandfathering help.

You can find the dog performing inspections in Kansas with Barnes for $245.

The price a school charges is not within our control to dictate.

Get used to it though… licensing based on passing one exam creates licensing schools who teach newbies to pass that one exam.

Once again Nick. Never once got a referral from your gazillion sites. You can say all you want. Once again please please please all members who have gotten referrals from a nachi specific source please reply. According to you this thread should be in the thousands!

Nick fl nachi schools backed by nachi are not under your control? Did u really just type that?

Don’t be silly. No client knows or remembers the long sequence of sites that eventually caused them to land on your inspection site and certainly no client would think to write it all down and let you know when they call you. Heck, most of our sites are covert and don’t even mention InterNACHI. Keep it real.

If you want to see the thousands of click-throughs we generate, the member’s sites the traffic is driven to, and the source of that traffic, you can visit the latest 100 in live time here: http://www.nachi.org/inspection-leads.htm

We don’t back any schools in any state. We offer our own approved education: www.nachi.org/education.htm

I don’t care what others do. I care what nachi does. When you post this school for239 crap it reflects on us! Keep it real. U can call my office and the last 500 inspections we can give u the referral or where they heard of us. Try again.

You websites produce nothing. Be honest with yourself for once

U back Florida nachi. You have direct control of them! Have u been drinking?

Florida InterNACHI isn’t a school, it is a state association.

How many of those 500 referrals come from your website?

Nick I really do want to tell you home inspectors are not idiots. Your play on words, your dumb sites that lead to 3 inspections a year and the way you blatantly lie is seen by all. Your responses are that of a professional fabricator of the truth. Want proof? Not a single person besides you bunk mate Joe has come to your defense. Proof is in the posts

I don’t have the exact percentage of referrals from website. I would have to say about 10% as a guess. Why. I can look at my we bite and see exactly where they came from. None from the nachi referrals. I have no reason to lie at all. I want to succeed. I wanted nachi to succeed but you need to face facts. Your marketing for us and the image of nachi sucks and yet you change nothing.

I don’t claim that anything we do leads to any particular number of inspections a year. But you just did:

I claimed that you can watch (in live time) the most recent 100 click-throughs generated by some of InterNACHI’s sites including date, time, source and the member’s sites the traffic was directed to by visiting: http://www.nachi.org/inspection-leads.htm

Correct. We’re not changing anything, just adding more of the same and piling it on: www.nachi.org/benefits.htm

Nick these numbers mean NOTHING…the result is how many of these so called clicks get INSPECTOR INSPECTIONS. Thats what matters. Do you really fail to see that? I can get my nephew to make me program that clicks on websites automatically every second…You point is?

For some websites (that stink)… none.

We can only bring the horses to your water (marketing)… your website and you have to get them to drink (sales).

Gotta love your answers and how you quote only sections of what I say…damn I thought the politicians had the art of BS down pat…your the king.

Who knows, maybe you are right. Maybe the hundreds of thousands of click-throughs that we display 24/7 are BS. Maybe the dozens of courses we produce aren’t really there at all. Maybe the 500 government approvals and accreditations are from agencies that don’t really exist. Maybe ALEXA.com is wrong about our traffic data. Maybe our success programs aren’t really live. Maybe our benefits page is full of dead links. Maybe the many books we publish are full of blank, white pages with nothing on them. Maybe our graphics library only has 16 images, not 1,600. Maybe our many inspection-related articles are written in Chinese. Maybe we only have a 20 page website, not a 235,000 page website. Maybe this message board really isn’t 600,000+ posts long. Maybe InterNACHI really isn’t the biggest and the best. Maybe it really is all BS. Call 'em like ya see 'em.

I will agree on the education part…but that is ALL you are. Face it. I do think the clicks data is wrong and I have a thread started to PROVE it. Your marketing for Home Inspectors sucks and you image sucks…Thats the way I see it, and thats the way I call it.

Nick there is no doubt you have the best educational website. Thats not the point. Stop patting yourself on the back and calling your own name when having sex…Your say you market us. YOU DON’T. After all theses years and the millions of dollars of revenue no one still knows NACHI for anything positive. Deal with that its a fact. Want me to prove it. We can call 100 Real Estate Agents at random and ask them what NACHI stands for or even what it is…I bet over 80% will have no idea. Wanna bet?

Correct. And we’re doing everything to keep it that way. Most everything we do (IAC2, MoveInCertified, OverSeeIt.com, Infrared Certified, etc), not only doesn’t push the InterNACHI name, but down plays it. Even our main websites (InspectorNOW.com, InspectorSEEK.com, InspectorLocator.com, etc.) don’t have InterNACHI in the URL. We paid a fortune for Inspector.org. If I wanted to market “InterNACHI”, believe me, I could do it. I know exactly how.

Each day, when I wake up in the morning and roll my fat as s out of bed, I consider myself YOUR partner in YOUR inspection business and I try all day until I go to bed again to help YOUR inspection business. In my mind, I work as if I am part of YOUR company, and work to serve you… not InterNACHI. InterNACHI is already super rich.
