there is NO mention in the report about what i showed in videos EXCEPT he DID note some tuckpointing is needed
nothing in report about foundation walls cracks, numerous leaks through the F walls and above the F walls, not a damn thing
it says, YOU the BUYER should look for leaks, dampness
nothing about possible asbestos
the HI recommended 2 electrical contractors w/ph numbers for missing gfci
(no recommendation for ext-waterproofing, check for asbestos?) okay! i know a few who pass along certain INT system co numbers = more crooked shtt
no photos taken of basement walls, nor floor (asbestos?), nor rusted leaky chimney chute door, nor the leaks, water stains elsewhere including under and around many B windows!
nothing in report that says he had any limitations in basement per B walls, floor etc
this is a young 1st time homebuyer…duh, don’t cha TINK you need to handle with a lil more CARE!!!
YOU wanna read it, i’ll send to your azz, don’t get cute n have buddy make changes = more trouble
nah, not me Jim lol, too many people getting lied to, fkd over…nope. i been this way on here for 20 yrs or whatever its been. They come RUNNIN to aid an HI who didn’t do his job, not on this house and sure makes some of us wonder how many other inspections he MIGHT have screwed other buyers, ya DIG? lol so go ahead, have a quick GROUP lool meeting, then kick me bye bye, truth hurts sometimes
all it says per basement is… Basement was inspected to home inspection standards of practice lol
wtf does that mean to a 1st time young homebuyer? ANY buyer, shtttt
again, he took the time to take photo of door lock to bedroom and took a couple photos of downspout ext’s lol but not of the B walls, not of B floor, not of the various leaks, water stains, rusted chimney chute door, some mold etc… guess he didn’t have time 4 that

ok well, i’m shaing in my boots waiting on duh verdict, i guess ill know by early morning eh, if i can’t sign in then LOL i can’t sign in, night night!!
Yeah, I always love it when you get done explaining a failed foundation, mold in the attic, a fire hazard electric panel and 80 year old plumbing and they want to talk about the doorknob hole in the wall from a missing doorstop.
THIS!!! Yes there are a lot of accusations thrown out by the OP. Thank you Richard for pointing this out and also going to the trouble of posting the listing pictures showing the area of concern PACKED with Crap. and very likely could not be seen by the inspector. None of us have seen the inspection report so the accusations from the OP are hearsay and don’t mean $^&*. I’m surprised that an inspector (OP) with much experience at all will fly off the handle without having the full story…but he is obsessed with Basement Moisture…must be fun at parties.
Mark is not an Inspector.
He owns a company that performs actual foundation repairs and Waterproofing. It is his livelihood and passion!
Harsh attitude or not, he has been the only system Expert on this MB that is willing to share his experience and knowledge with us.
IMO, he exhibits the exact same qualities that old Charlie Bottger did! Remember Charlie? I bet some of you do!
Some of you all need to grow some skin and look at what is being shared, and forget about what you assume, because you know what that indicates…!!
Go back and re-read the thread… it was mostly the inspectors on this thread that elevated it to a pissin’ match. Mark was simply defending his (and his clients) opinions when ya’ll jumped his shit… which is exactly what everyone else here did also!
