Stephan is absolutely correct. Some vendors are so full of Bull in the private section, and would nevr be that way in the public section for all the world to see.
Anyway Nick I just really want to know what the point is for this new vendor section? and what benefits (if any) are there for the non vendors (good ole regular Home Inspectors). Maybe I am missing something but I just can’t see what point there is to this change? Can you tell us what your goal is intended to do?

Yes, Stephen is absolutely correct. We’d never be alerted to what vendors are really like if we were denied the benefit of engaging them in the members-only section. Thanks again Stephen.

No one. I’m assuming you are referring to the decision that a COE violation occurred. That decision stands.
There was no punishment, there was a “recommendation”. Simply put its like telling the President what to do. He can take the “recommendation” and run with it, or he can take it under advisment and defer it to a later actionable situation or he can tell everyone to F off and he is the president.
He can let things run the way they have for the last 10 years and can anyone here deny what he has built?
I have been around some very important leaders in my life and some of their decisions seemed absolutely assinine. Then all of a sudden everything plays out and then the reason for the decision becomes evident.
ALL of the information was not presented to us and I would assume that maybe the only one who had all the information was Nick.
He made a call and it’s his organization. I have a simple cure for everyone who disagrees, start your own organization. Then run it anyway you see fit.
It is a shame that people wasted their time, but which of them did not know Nick runs this place and will do as he wishes? You may have BS’d yourself, but now the truth is so very evident.

I don’t know. ESOP made a decision that stands, and then made a recommendation. I looked at their decision and gave my own recommendation. Ultimately, my recommendation was not followed.

The PENALTY recommended was not imposed. Kinda like a court room, he is found guilty and the judge decides the penalty.
Your only gonna make 1/2 the people happy no matter what. So why not make the people who use Nathans products happy? The ones who DONT use his products are not affected in ANY way, they are NOT USING HIS PRODUCTS.
So why boot him? Because he said bad things about people? OMG…read the board, Nick would have 2 members if he booted everyone for name calling and unprofessional comments (my self included).
Or because of his email telling people that performing a recall check is better than not performing one. How this is even close to debatable is beyond me. Is checking the AC better than not checking the AC? Is having a home inspection better than not having a home inspection? My God it just gets crazier and crazier in here
